These are quick conversations about health, fitness, and rehab to help listeners better understand the daunting medical field. We want to empower listeners to take control of their health and better understand some of the important topics impacting this mission. We cover everything from common medical conditions like sciatica and shoulder impingement to broader topics like understanding pain and what are the benefits of having a functional approach. We try to keep these short, usually 10-12 minutes, but occasionally have longer chats with movers and shakers in the industry.
