Episode 5: Never a Loss Brings Freedom In this episode, Worship Pastor Susan Chung shares how true freedom comes from receiving and giving God’s love, even in relationships that feel unsafe or one-sided. She explains that when we let God’s love fill us first, we can love others without fear, obligation, or burnout because our source is Him, not people’s responses. Susan points to Jesus’ example of loving outcasts and enemies to show that no act of love rooted in God’s heart is ever wasted. Trusting God keeps us safe while loving boldly and wisely, and this love renews rather than drains us. Giving as Christ did leads to freedom, peace, and a life that never runs out of compassion.
