Machine minds is a podcast exploring how technology is reshaping our relationships with our bodies, minds and each other. Well be drawing on new research from human computer interaction, sociology, psychology, economics, and law. The series will tackle topics including stereotypes and search engines, chatbots and childhood, and antagonistic algorithms. Well be interviewing researchers, activists and people whose day-to-day lives are being changed by technology in dramatic and subtle ways. WHO ARE WE? Machine minds is produced and presented by Holly Challenger and Reuben Binns. Holly is a user experience researcher, currently working at the Government Digital Service. With a background in social research, she is interested in mental health, multiculturalism and inclusive technology. Reuben is a researcher at the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford. His interests include privacy, security, data ethics, and decentralisation.
