Steve is the president of executive springboard, a company focused on accelerating new executives' impact and sustaining it long-term ultimately reducing the risk and cost of failed hires. I chat to Steve about a huge range of topics including pivoting from one industry to another, being in the startup world, learning new industries and his guidance and advice on why executives in companies fail due to a lack of proper onboarding, guidance and coaching. We also chat about his pride in his daughter Jess, I interviewed Jess all the way back in episode 5 about her new book and we chat about that along with how he navigated the corporate world at huge companies.
