He claims there are at least 93 women. These murders would last for several decades, across numerous states, but somehow, he was seemingly able to skirt authorities. Or at least for murder. Additionally... This killer’s earlier crimes would lead an innocent man to be convicted. Thankfully, the Innocence Project would intervene.
