We want to see in the world welcome to episode number eight. What the collateral, why businesses need to think about collateral in 2022. That's right. We're getting ready for next year and finishing off this year. Even stronger. Of course, I'm Carrie Hartley. I am your host today and I really want to jump into it. Let me go ahead and turn on my timer. 00:51 So I know that we are rolling. All right. With that being said, I want to talk to you about one piece that I have to put in here, because I want you to know that I am not a fiduciary. With that being said, I want you to take a second to read over this. Just telling you that this content is for informational purposes. All content on this site is information of general nature and does not address the circumstances of any particular individual or entity. Just letting this quick attention for you, but we'll jump right into the show. Three simple things to see, how we rock and that's number one, collateral should be an asset. Yes, that's right. Just something very simple collateral. 01:43 What we're talking about, it should be an asset on the other side of asset is a liability so that you can imply that collateral should not be a liability. Next, the second simple thing for you to see is collateral minimizes risk for a lender. Got you here, looking at your lender is looking for ways that they can stay protected. Many people wouldn't want to jump out of a plane. I don't want to jump on a plane at all, but for those that do skydive, obviously to minimize risk, you would like to have a parachute. If you're going to battle, you want to have a shield. Most times lenders, they're trying to give you these lines of credit or even loans. HAwfNflUUUH2OfFy9Vxf
