Today, September 21, marks the 48th anniversary of Marcos’ declaration of martial law, and we have a special podcast episode highlighting the transnational activism of Filipinos in fighting the dictatorship, as well as first hand testimonies of activists and cultural workers who spent their youth resisting Marcos’ tyranny. We invite you to sit with and internalize this history and first hand accounts of what it meant to struggle against Marcos during martial law and reflect on the power of transnational resistance as we continue our fight against President Rodrigo Duterte's fascism and state terror.
