Episode 8: ICAN
Episode 8
Wednesday, 16 October, 2019

In this episode, I interview the president of our local chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN). ICAN helps empower women to make informed decisions during pregnancy and childbirth. ICAN has the stated purpose of "...reducing preventable cesareans through education, supporting cesarean recovery, and advocating for vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC)." One of the goals of our local ICAN group is to allow women to make truly informed decisions during pregnancy.  For more information go to http://www.ican-online.org/ and find your local chapter. Our local ICAN (ICAN of the CSRA) meets on the last Friday of every month in Evans, GA at Flack Family Chiropractic at 6:30 PM. All are welcome to come (dads, kids, other family members, pregnant and non-pregnant). Some meetings focus on a specific topic while others are general support meetings.  To support the show head over to Patreon.com/theparentigncontinuum Connect with us on Facebook, Instagram, or GMail @theparentingcontinuum
