For our first episode we start looking into the beginnings of a new school: its staffing, its philosophy, its potential day to day format. We get a chance to talk to Julia Bamba, the principal, and some of the students who are really investigating if this is a program for them. Every three weeks, we'll be tracking the progress Gibson-Ek High School, from concept to fruition. Join us, as we figure out just how hard it is to open a new school.
