Let’s chat about all things body image, postpartum struggles, health journey struggles during the holidays and the ways I am challenging myself to treat this time period in order to truly feel good mentally, relationally and physically!This episode is not meant to bring any shame, breed comparison or cause you to feel self-conscious icy our goals are not the same or if you don’t feel the same way. This episode is for those of you who are on a health journey, struggle with maintaining those goals at the holidays, maybe have an “all or nothing” attitude like I do, that I’m trying to break. If you don’t resonate, totally fine. I just want to make it clear that I’m really preaching to myself here and hopefully I’m able to encourage someone along the way and make them feel like they’re not so alone in the “in-between” phase of where you are with your health and where you desire to be.Thank you for tuning in.
