Kenny waited 5 long years to get the call for a new kidney. After several failed donation attempts and bone infections that would only prolong his wait, Kenny was frustrated. When it’s your responsibility to be at the hospital at least 3 days a week, there is no time for a social life, school, or travel. So he sat in limbo, hoping a match was near.
