Inner is Outer

Inner is Outer

Author: Catherine Kennedy

My voice is the vessel through which my heart speaks its truth, which is why I felt inspired to create a podcast. The only way for us to connect is by being open and honest about who we truly are. We so often walk through this world bearing masks that hide our true selves, out of fear that we will be judged or won't be accepted. This is a defense mechanism that blocks us from freely expressing ourselves and living in a way that feels natural and free. The more that people step into their own power and create from the heart, the less judgement there will be in the world. My suggestion for you while you listen to this podcast is to physically write down anything that makes you feel something. Be truly present with these words. Be truly present with yourself.

Fluid like a wave
Episode 3
Sunday, 13 December, 2020

Your sacral chakra is where your creativity lies.. your sensuality.. your ability to form relationships outside of your immediate family.. associated with the element water. Just like you can't force a wave to act a certain way, creativity can't be forced. You can't force yourself into a flow state, where creativity is pouring out of your being. This episode is meant to inspire you to allow yourself to be fluid and open.
