The Daily Unscripted Life of Risse

The Daily Unscripted Life of Risse

Author: Charisse Santos

I am an Asian American (Filipino) full-time working mama of 3 kiddos navigating through life while my own mom and MIL constantly give their two cents and.make.me.question.all.of.the.things! I am coming to you with my unscripted life and sharing everything and anything going on in my life. I am comparing and contrasting being raised by my first generation immigrant Filipino parents and now raising my own children. Im trying to navigate the fact that I want my children to know their roots and where their parents and grandparents came from, but also weave in Western and Modern values.

S4 E3: We’re at the Half Way Point of 2025
Episode 3
Sunday, 8 June, 2025

Can you believe we’re already at the half way point of 2025? Are you ready? What does the next 180+ days look for you? How was the last 6 mos? Did you stick to your new years’ resolution? I sure didn’t even have any resolutions as I was just living to get to the weekend most days. 2024 broke me. The beginning of 2025 was a season of clawing myself out of the dark abyss I dug myself into. 2025 will be THE comeback for this chick you happen to find on the internet. I hope this episode encourages you to take a nice look at where you came from, what you did, and where you’re going these next 180+ days:)💕💪
