Monday, 27 April, 2026
Here are a few tips for new supervisors that can help you motivate your team and increase efficiency. This is a continuation of our “soft skills” series. In the first session, we talked about what soft skills are and why they are important in any role. Then, we divided these skills into four segments — leadership skills, management skills, supervisor skills, and interpersonal skills. However, in many cases, they may not have a lot of authority yet. As a result, people skills will be important to their success.Show Notes: Tips for New Supervisors, Five Simple First Time Supervisor Tips and Skills(https://www.leadersinstitute.com/tips-for-new-supervisors-five-simple-first-time-supervisor-tips-and-skills/)
