Learning to say no with Nic and Bella

In this episode, I talk with Nic Wilson of Peaceful Parenting, who is an Aware Parenting instructor and a Marion Method Mentor, and her 11-year-old daughter Bella, who lives and breathes The Marion Method. I have no doubt that Bella will become the youngest Marion Method Mentor! In the conversation we talk about topics such as: why saying no can be so hard, why the process of learning to say no can take such a long time, and how life becomes so much more wonderful when we increasingly live from willingness.
