View from the Carnival is about all aspects of mental health and depression. Ranging from personnel stories (starting with mine) to dealing with all the things connected to mental health diseases. It's about recognizing, battling and surviving any and all situations tied to mental health. I strongly believe the more we talk about it and the more information we share... hopefully it will be of help to someone who needs it. I try to end each podcast with at least a nod towards a solution and at the very least a clear understanding that "you are not alone" in your feelings of depression and your journey thru to the otherside.
