Please share your thoughts about how you felt about the episode and/or podcast!Practicing gratitude daily has come to be a significant healing modality for me. I think of gratitude as a teacher because it has taught be many valuable lessons in my life especially in motherhood.Gratitude is an anecdote for stress, complaints, negative thinking, and uncomfortable emotions. When you have a perspective anchored in gratitude, you begin to see things in a new light. It has so much power that it also has the ability to shift your state of bring. Now that the holidays are approaching, it can be a stressful time. Maybe for you it's also grief, heartache, and wishing your loved ones who have passed on were here with you. As painful as it may be, gratitude has a way of helping you come out of darkness and return to the light. My heart goes out to those who are struggling right now be it emotionally, mentally, physically, financially.
