Kate Broderick is a mum of four, a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist whose experience and special interests include Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ADHD, Autism, Orofacial Myology, Breathing and the mind-body connection. She'll be presenting a mix of short informative episodes and longer, interview-style chats with passionate and inspiring guests. The show will aim to educate and empower listeners, who will hopefully develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between things like muscle tone and breathing on physical and mental well being, cognitive development, learning and regulation. Jess talks about the power of protecting your own nervous system in high stakes planning meetings, by knowing your rights and preparing well.
