In 1989 Jonathan co-founded the business that became Natural Products Worldwide (NPW) a global market leader in the contemporary giftware market. NPW designs, sources and sells giftware products to retailers in the UK, Europe and North America. It is almost impossible to “Exit via the gift shop” without been offered some of NPWs products. Its largest UK clients include John Lewis, and WH Smiths and some of the largest American clients are Old Navy and Urban Outfitters. NPW is also the UK’s non-bookstore distributor of the iconic Moleskine notebooks. Jonathan shares the up and downs of being an overnight success after 20 years, his approach to Work/Life balance, the critical importance of Innovation & Creativity and Perseverance & Resilience.
