There had never been a man like Jesus when he came into the earth. John called Him the WORD made flesh. The Holy Ghost was poured out upon Him without measure. He was God inside and out. Consider the picture of the Ark of the Covenant gold on the inside and gold on the outside. Here this ark was the picture of Christ, who carried the Word and Presence of God. In the ark was the Word. On the outside of the Ark the Presence of God rested on the Mercy Seat. Here is Christ, our seat of Mercy. Here is where the Presence rests in the finished work of Jesus!!!
