Blumen, Punkte, Muster – sie möchte Mode für Medizinprodukte machen. Ein bisschen Stil bitte!Sie bestellt Stoffe und bastelt mit Kleber und Schere. Ihre erste Hülle für den Gips sieht aus wie ein bunter Schuh.Christina gründet eine Firma: „CastMedic Designs“. Später gewinnt sie sogar einen Erfinderpreis – wegen eines Fußbruchs!Heute erzählt Christina ihre Geschichte auf Bühnen und in Interviews. Sie sagt gern: „Manchmal beginnt Erfolg mit einem gebrochenen Fuß – oder einer guten Idee im falschen Moment.“Was, wenn der falsche Moment genau der ist, der etwas Gutes ins Rollen bringt? Vertrau dir und fang einfach an.ENGLISH:Christina tripped over the curb and broke her foot. She looks at her foot brace. It's gray, ugly, and huge. Christina thinks: Why isn't there a nice version? The next day she starts drawing. Flowers, dots, patterns – she wants to make fashion for medical products. A bit of style please! She orders fabrics and crafts with glue and scissors. Her first cast cover looks like a colorful shoe. Christina founds a company: “CastMedic Designs.” Later she even wins an inventor’s award – because of a broken foot! Today, Christina tells her story on stages and in interviews. She often says: “Sometimes success starts with a broken foot – or a good idea at the wrong moment.” What if the wrong moment is the very moment that sets something good in motion? Trust yourself and just start.
