Eric is the Co-Founder of Eastham Capital and has been investing in apartment communities since 2007. Prior to that he was with a firm called RentGrow that was sold to Yardi.  Eric has recently raised his 6th fund and is focused on workforce housing with average rents around $950 per month. Eastham is a value-add investor focusing on C properties in B markets and Joint Ventures with a selective group of "manager/developers."
