Eric is the Co-Founder of Eastham Capital and has been investing in apartment communities since 2007. Prior to that he was with a firm called RentGrow that was sold to Yardi. Eric has recently raised his 6th fund and is focused on workforce housing with average rents around $950 per month. Eastham is a value-add investor focusing on C properties in B markets and Joint Ventures with a selective group of "manager/developers." He has 44 properties representing over 10,000 units. In this episode we talk about how his focus has changed with the current Health Crisis upon us, his take on rent payments and current property valuations.
