Interaction: B1, He can follow the conversation, and there is mutual understanding. Coherence:A2, He connects words and ideas by using simple connectors. Milena's proficiency level according to ACTFL is: Speaking: Intermediate advanced, because she is able to converse with fluency and confidence. Listening: Advanced low, because she can understand clearly, she identifies the main ideas and the supporting details.
