The Phrase "How Are You"?

Hi friends, Mind Musings is exactly that, musings from my mind. This first episode is really just scratching the surface of what's in store. In this episode: I reflect upon some of my feels around the phrase “How are you?” and little story. I briefly discuss the dynamic of wanting to give space for and acknowledge feelings that might not feel as good, but also not having them become self-fulfilling. I talk about different states of mind/mental awareness, mental programming and our subconscious. I speak to becoming aware of our unconscious mind patterns. I discuss dynamics of engaging with others and where other folks are at. I reflect a little on my pattern of interacting with outside information and what information is prioritized. I speak to the need for balance of what we are reading (even and especially the deeply educational/informative stuff) and the time we’re spending in quiet to hear our inner voice. I talk about some of the information over load that can happen from being a curious being and I reflect on what subconscious beliefs may also be part of this tendency to want to learn and dive into all the information.
