In our previous episode, using context and consistency continued to make our case by showing how the "faith of Christ" in Philippians 3:9 is clearly defined within the verse it is found. We also took a closer look at the grammar in Romans 4:5.Today, we investigate more closely just what the term "faith" means, according to Hebrews 11:1. In order to claim that Jesus was required to have faith, we must understand what the term "faith" means. We will apply this definition to Christ during His earthly ministry and see if we have a match. We will also begin our study on "through faith" - and put this term to the test to see if "through faith" is referring to Jesus being required to exercise faith during his earthly ministry - as some from one extreme group consistently claim. We will continue to demonstrate the fact that "from faith to faith" means from...●Law to Grace ●Prophecy to Mystery●Time Past to But Now●Faith of God to Faith of ChristToday we will discover:●How does Philippians 3:9 relate to Romans 3:22? ●What is the exact definition of "faith" according to Hebrews 11:1?●Is it possible to know all things and exercise faith at the same time?●Does the term "through faith" mean "Jesus had faith?"●Where does Paul tell us to teach that Jesus had faith?
