Why You Need a Virtual Assistant by Cindy Hyde Hi, this is Cindy Hyde and I'm the host of The Virtual Assistant Podcast with Cindy Hyde. I created this podcast to be able to promote the many, many, many wonderful virtual assistants that are out there plugging away, making businesses better for you. They are amazing. I have had the opportunity to meet some of them and work with some of them and I want you to know that these are some of the most brilliant, most creative, most enterprising, young and old and doesn't matter what age, male or female, that doesn't matter either. The fact is that Virtual Assistants are living the dream. They are making it happen. They are focusing on what they do best in order to help you do what you do best. Now they're not in it just for the money. Most all of them that I have talked to are doing what they do with the focus on being able to help other people. I'm telling you, having a Virtual Assistant is a win-win. It's a win-win for everybody involved. As an employer, you no longer have to pay all the employee taxes. Listen, you don't have to put up with employees coming in late. You don't have to tolerate bad attitudes from employees. You don't have to tolerate employee conflict, internal employee conflict. Yes, even the conflicts you have between yourself and your employee(s). No more of that. You are in control of your business. You don't have to have extra office space to house an employee. You don't have to pay for vacation time or insurance, and you don't have to pay insurance as an employee for unemployment. You don't have any of that. And no, I'm not trying to talk you into hiring a VA. I'm trying to get you to see how much more you can make and save in your own business account by hiring a Virtual Assistant. Well you know they are efficient, they work from home, they don't have all the other expenses that an employee does, but remember that a Virtual Assistant is a self-employed entrepreneur. They're businesspeople so they understand what it takes to run a business. They're business-minded. So yes, they're eager to help you succeed in whatever it is that you're doing. Virtual Assistants help you make your business succeed. So if you have questions, if you want more information, you can always contact us.
