When people come together to cook a meal, there are a whole lot of different tasks that need to be allocated, whether it's chopping onions, or cooking the meat, or mashing the potato or doing whatever needs to be done. There's a whole lot of different individual tasks that need to be done. And they all need to be brought together to create one final product. And in the case of cheeky food events, it's a delicious meal. So people learn how to work together. They learn how to allocate tasks. And importantly, they learn some of the values of leadership around sharing the load.
