About the bandFractured Spine is a duo band consisting of Finnish cousins Antti and Timo Kirjavainen. They describe their music as experimental, atmospheric, and melodic, incorporating many death/doom metal elements into most of their songs. The band has received positive reviews in specialised press, such as WoodBangers.Fractured Spine has taken almost every influence under the sun and compiled it into one. They exhibit a heavy influence derived from the Industrial/Experimental music genre, while maintaining a strong grasp on their death, speed, and metal roots.
