Mark Winne, author, speaker and one of the most respected voices in the U.S. on local food systems, food policy and food security spoke to Net Impact DFW on Feb. 18. His insightful presentation gave an overview of the state of community food systems and food policy in the U.S., and why it is so important for individuals to get involved locally. The event was co-sponsored by the Memnosyne Foundation and Green Source DFW.
