In this episode I discuss my perspective on the “basics” or “basic” obedience and the subsequent popular group classes teaching this. What defines basic? Do we really want more than the basics? I think so, but then again that depends on your definition of basic! Set your standards for what should be “basic” for you and your lifestyle with your dog. Then find a trainer that can help you achieve them!
