This was recorded back in Nov of 2022. Due to some technical issues with the recording, editing took a little longer than it should. It's still rough but we're still a work in progress. It's okay to be broken but it's not okay to hold it in until it becomes too much. The stigma of mental health problems in EMS and Public Safety needs to change and we hope this is a start.
