I've been turning a blind eye. I’ve rejected patients before but it never felt like I was helping. If you’ve ever tried to force a smoker to quit, you know what I mean. You‘re usually met with annoyance, resentment, and deceit. Quitting anything has to be a choice the person makes — especially with something this addicting.
