And second, Captain Eliya Yanovsky, who was killed in combat in Khan Younis on Dec.11, 2023, and who had the words "Facta, Non Verba" tattooed on his arm, meaning "acts, not words". There, he was accused of going on a three year run and was eventually indicted on 5 counts.
