Season 4 is up and running!! Super excited to launch this season with a new group of gentlemen to discuss black men and overall men’s mental health with you all. In this very special first episode we had a generational dynamic here with (outside of our own) father and son discussion on mental health and more on that point, a black father and a black son discussing and conversing with us on many hard hitting issues surrounding our community and our lives. Of course we had many laughs and we also had some gems dropped from person in attendance. We recorded off-site at Tim Retic’s barbershop “Forever Faded” in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Definitely check him out, comes highly recommended from me personally. Couldn’t wait to drop this episode because it’s definitely up high on the list of favorites. We hope everyone has been “brushing” their mental health and has been maintaining in this post pandemic world we are living in.
