We have a great podcast this week as we have on Jordan Ferrell, Head Coach of the Oakland Roots of the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA for short), one of only two African-American head coaches in the Pro Ranks in the United States today. We talk about the Roots, his journey to becoming a Head Coach, and his role as an African-American head coach in Pro Soccer as he seeks to not only build a successful Club, but as a role model for African-Americans in the United States soccer world.
