Since 2019 Bret has been the leader of the Carlsbad Chamber after serving as CEO for the Vista Chamber of Commerce since 2009. His background in residential real estate, sales and marketing as well as seven years as a youth minister has given him knowledge, experience as well as a true passion to serve the local community. He believes in following your passions and the power of "netweaving" to build strong and lasting connections. Listen as Bret shares his tips on shifting mindset, the pivots he made early in his career path, and the challenges he faces in the midst of COVID-19 while running an organization grounded in the economic fabric of the local community.
