The biggest challenge for students and job seekers is that they have a lot of free time now, but not sure how to use them effectively. And the reason why they don't have an idea about using their time boils down to the fact that they don't know where they are going. If they have to know where they want to go, they first need to know their strengths and weaknesses, basically learn themselves. So, this is the first episode of the series of lessons that are targeted towards the career development of our youth. In this first episode, they will find out what kind of personality they have using the famous Meyers Briggs personality test.
