Two Peas in a Podcast

Two Peas in a Podcast

Author: Ben Sunnucks

Two Peas is a podcast about growing plants in urban environments. Whether you're looking to home-brew a few quirky houseplants for indoors, or start a full blown allotment on your balcony, we're here to assist. We are two friends living in London, who get a buzz out of trying to grow plants and fill our tiny flats with as many of them as possible. Most of this will be trial and error, but if you fancy learning with us, we will be tackling a plant per week, and providing tips and tricks on how to keep your leafy friends alive. We're soiling ourselves with excitement.

3. I've Bean Everywhere
Episode 3
Thursday, 11 June, 2020

Hello fellow seedling growers. You made it to episode 3. In this episode we discuss all things bean. Beans are everywhere, just like Johnny Cash (RIP). But why? Well, they are a super easy plant to grow, especially if you want to try a little agriculture at home, instead of building your houseplant army. Bean plants are very hardy, self-pollinating, and will produce plenty of beans for you to dry out and store for your next Mexican inspired shin-dig. We focus on Ben's particular favourite, the Pinto bean.
