While most University students realize how bleak lifes prospects can be without a college degree, some have a difficult time answering the fundamental question, Why am I here? The good news is that even in todays complex, competitive world, there are answers. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi calls it flow. Ken Robinson refers to it as the Element the place where the things you love to do and the things you are good at come together. Martin Seligman calls it the Good Life, where an individuals signature strengths are used to achieve fulfillment in the main areas of life. Drawing upon the work of Seth Godin, Tony Hsieh, Ken Robinson, Daniel Pink, Juliet Schor, Christopher Peterson, Stuart Brown, and others, these podcasts support a course designed to help students use higher education as a means to discover their passions.
