The Tragic Death of Tina Severns

This episode means a lot to me as it involves a friend of mine and incidents surrounding one September night in 1986, in our side street little Philadelphia neighborhood of Morrell Park.Tina Severns was abducted and murdered by an evil man, claiming to be a police officer. In todays world, with kids being so savvy, this may sound over the top, but in 1986, we were more innocent and naive, so different than the fast times and immediately gratifying world of today. Things like this weren't supposed to happen! But they did...And here is Tina's tragic story....
