While these strategies can be implemented for all ages, I focus primarily on 1-10 year olds since that is what I have most personal and professional experience with. How to be More Present as a Mom and Parent From Rest Over Rushing

Parenting from rest doesn't just mean making more time to sit or lay down and shut your brain off. As a mom, we have a lot of things to get done in a day, but we can still work through those from a perspective of rest, instead of rushing through to get to the next thing. Because we all know there will always be a next thing. Today's episode will give you 5 reasons rushing, being impatient, or even triggered by time (ex. getting frustrated by how long it takes your child to complete a task, especially when you're in a hurry) is happening. (By now, I hope you can see that there's more to everything we do and if we want to parent more from peace and rest we have to actually address those things) I'm also sharing with you 7 practical strategies you can implement today to start parenting with more presence and less chaos.
