秋日“干果之王”,可健脾补肾强身体|今日养生方

板栗俗称毛果子,享有“干果之王”的美誉,是我国的特产。广东省名中医、广东省中医院脾胃病科学术带头人黄穗平教授介绍,栗子性平、味甘;入脾、胃、肾三经,可养胃健脾、补肾强筋、活血止血等。《本草纲目》载:“栗治肾虚、腰腿无力,能通肾益气、厚肠胃也,肾主大便,栗能主肾”;《名医别录》载:栗子“主益气,厚肠胃,补肾气,令人忍饥”。不过板栗虽好,但因为含有大量的淀粉,如果食入过量,会导致消化不良,而且淀粉会同胃酸产生反应,生成气体,体内气滞不易舒散,进而会导致脘腹胀满、嗳气、反酸、烧心等不适。对于平时脾胃运化功能差,容易腹胀、反酸、烧心的人要少吃板栗。推荐食疗方板栗乌鸡汤【材料】板栗10粒,乌鸡一只,生姜3片。【做法】鲜板栗去壳取栗仁备用,乌鸡去除毛和内脏,洗净切块晾干。将乌鸡、板栗仁同入罐中,加清水没过鸡与板栗,加入生姜,加盖文火焖2小时。起锅加少量食盐,即可食用。【点评】健脾补肾。文字|林清清 实习生 思思 通讯员 陈佳佳海报|陈健怡 李可欣视频|郭子扬 李可欣策划:龚丹枫 王倩统筹:林清清执行:郭子扬 李可欣
