Why You're Tired & Leaking Your Energy

Hello beloved, Stop leaking your energy! There, I said it. We’re not doing it on purpose. The lower frequency energies have risen up because they are releasing… But as they stir up, we feel them stronger than ever in our third dimensional realm. This winter is laying a vital foundation for the spring. Think of spring as the time of the Phoenix… Being reborn out of fire, stronger than ever. Standing in your power, unwavering. The Phoneix isn’t born out of nothing. You’ve done massive work healing and releasing, and now we are in a time of reflection, tying up loose ends, and beginning to see through the fog the chaos stirred up. As the fog clears, it is more important now than ever to see through discerning eyes, because illusions presented by lower frequency energies are at an all time high. Some of these lower frequencies come from loved ones, individuals you briefly interact with, healers and practitioners, or even beings within realms we cannot see. They are using cords, hooks, energetic parasites, and entities to give us false realities and stories. This is why discernment is something we should be honing like it’s our job. Are the emotions you’re feeling truly yours, perhaps being triggered by an outside source, asking to be released? Or are you being poked by the bear to create a reaction? Are the emotions truly held within your body, or being pushed on you? Are the limiting thoughts stirring around in your mind truly yours? Or are they words from someone in your past? Or someone trying to control you? Or even your healer? Sink into your heart, your body, and ground deeply. Call in all of your bodies utilizing THIS 15 minute healing.
