About Sherry: Sherry Ristau is the Founder of Amethyst BOLD, a faith-based leadership company. She has successfully transformed two organizations through building great teams and boards and changed toxic cultures to ones that were positive, fun, and productive which raised millions of dollars for small to midsize businesses, communities, and nonprofits. Even after all her successes and 24 years as a CEO, Sherry still never felt good enough and fell into the spiral of comparison, craving recognition from people who never gave it. As Sherry grew in her leadership, she learned she was not the only woman struggling with never feeling good enough. She now helps professional and executive women who struggle with doubt in themselves and discouragement through her signature GEM process where women come together under God’s guidance, capture their victories, and create greater impact for their families, businesses, and communities.
