As it can take more changes than just drinking water. There are different kinds of constipation. And there are many different reasons for it happening. Emotional stress will affect the bathroom. Chemical stress and physical stress as well. Knowing which one it is, can be the first step in creating the right protocol. The nervous system needs to feel safe to have great digestion and bowel movements. We can't ignore our emotions..as they affect the chemical processes in our body. This could mean a hug from a loved one or even laughing with friends. Lastly, working on the chemistry of why.
