We'll dive deep into sexuality, spirituality, yoga, energy work, shamanism, healing trauma, relationships, art, activism, gender identity, tarot, astrology, and magic. November '25 Care Circle: 3rd Sunday Chanting + Breath Work

QS Community Care Circle recording of November 16th, Chant + Breathe. We invite you get comfy, grab some hydration and join us in chanting together. The Queer Spirit Community gathers on the 3rd Sunday of each month for practices in devotional chanting, toning and song, as well as breath work + movement. These practices are faciltated by TanyaMarck Oviedo (they/them) and Nick Venegoni (he/they). They are curated + inspired by the planetary + astrological + pagan wheel of the year energies in mind. This month we contine to work with our ancestors and the astrological energies: Moon in Libra - restore balance (silver pearlescent); Mercury retrograde - RE's; Uranus in taurus - make space for break throughs; Venus in scorpio - go deeper w/connections, justice. We're inspired to use those energies to support a chant to Ganesh - "Om Gum Ganapataye Namaha." We honor with Gratitude + Thanks the sacred Practices + Traditions + Peoples + Lands: Yoga, Ayurveda – Sanskrit, Mantra, Raga, Hindi & Urdu language music traditions, Buddhism + Tibet + Meditation; Tongva + Kizh + Chumash + Ohlone; Tarot + Astrology + Magic + Witchcraft; the teachers who have carried this wisdom and shared it with us ~ Gracias.
