Had a great time chopping it up with my man Jason Kanzler on today's show!! Jason is former Minnesota Twins farm hand and currently trains and coaches high school, college, and professional athletes in Houston, Texas. He's also currently coaching for the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League. On today's show we talked about everything that has to do with speed training, Jason revealed his top 5 exercises to improve sprinting speed, and he also talked about his story of going unrecruited in high school to becoming a Minnesota Twins draft pick.
