Welcome to My Mom Journey! This first episode is more of a rambling, but I promise future episodes will be more organized. I want to make sure I got started! This episode I go over my thoughts on what was happening to asylum seekers and how to deal when the news is just too much. (You get off of FB and get active). I have actually felt much better by not arguing in FB groups and instead donating or doing some volunteer work. Future episodes will probably have specific sections and not be just political focused since this is a podcast about Mom/Baby/Toddler health and lifestyle.
