She's lived across the world teaching scuba and made her transition to freediving, not only competing but also leading expeditions that bring together breathwork, snorkelling, paddleboarding, hiking, mermaiding, yoga and chances to learn this sport of underwater exploration that is deeply reliant on self-trust.Join us for an episode that navigates life, death, beginner mindset, resilence, deep ocean, the importance of play... and so much more.
