The Jon and Tom ShowIndependent Thoughts on Tough Issues Author: Carmel Sound Lab
In December 2020, the Jon and Tom Show began as a laid back attempt at bringing opposing views together to listen to each other. As time went on, it became clear that that was a monumental task that was likely impossible. After the events of January 6 2021, they changed to a more realistic goal of reporting on the lies in the media and politicians. Things have changed a lot in the past year and it has become increasing difficult to find out the truth. Season 2 is their effort to provide fair, independent commentary on current events and, at times, how they compare to historical events. Tom is a 69 year old retired dentist and Jon is a 48 year old semi-retired real estate guy. They come from different backgrounds but are able to have genuine, spontaneous discussions about controversial and difficult topics. They are not afraid to try to see both sides. If you would like to be a guest on the show or have any questions, suggestions, comments please email: thejonandtomshow@gmail.com Theme music is provided by Mercury Redstone, Orxestra, and Jon Beerman.
